Tuesday Trek
Discover all the local walking tracks have to offer with our easy monthly walks one Tuesday eveing per month. Bring the whole family and your dog on a lead and go for a leisurely stroll with one of the MRS team while building connections with other MRS members.
Coming to Melton Library one Thursday a month this new look at an old favourite will include creative writing, non fiction writing, poetry, spoken word creation and the development of the MRS newsletter!We cannot wait to see all our budding writers nurtured at this event created and run by MRS and supported by Melton City Libraries.
Our vision is for participants of this group to eventually create the MRS Newsletter and have 2 nights a year to showcase their work.
Back by popular demand is our rainbow community games night!This event will see participants enjoy board games and card games and is a relaxed way to meet some new friends and just enjoy a quiet night in.
Mindfulness Meetup
This is a new initiative for Melton Rainbow Social and one we are extremely excited to be bringing to the Melton Rainbow Community!Our monthly Mindfulness Meetup will include a guided meditation, gratitude centred craft activity and then sharing circle about the month. The purpose of this event is to build a stronger more connected community with a focus on care and support!Rach cannot wait to share her love of meditation and mindfulness practices with you all!
